DR-1161-08 – KLOEHN DEVELOPMENT, LLC:

 

DESIGN REVIEW for a shopping center on 4.2 acres in a C-2 (General Commercial) Zone in the MUD-3 and CMA         Design Overlay Districts.  Generally located on the northwest corner of Durango Drive and Russell Road within Spring Valley. 

Approved with staff conditions 5-0

 

DR-1629-06  (ET-0360-08) – COUNTY OF CLARK  (AVIATION)

 

DESIGN REVIEW FIRST EXTENSION OF TIME  to commence construction of an office complex and sign package on 17.2 acres in a C-2 (General Commercial) Zone and a C-2 (General Commercial) (AE-60) Zone in the MUD-3 and CMA Design Overlay Districts.  Generally located on the south side of Badura Avenue and the west side of Monte Cristo Way within Spring Valley. 

Approved with staff conditions 5-0

 

 

At the end of the above hearings Duane Laible asked to have placed on the agenda for the next meeting a discussion/action item re: extension of improvement bonds, with the intention that such extensions require bringing the bond up to todays value of the improvements being bonded.

 

Duane Laible also asked to have a permanent item on the agenda for Board Member comments.
