1.         DR-0282-09 - WARMINGTON TWO THIRTY-THREE ASSOCIATES, LP:

DESIGN REVIEW for a comprehensive sign package in conjunction with a mixed-use project on 9.8 acres in a U-V (Urban Village - Mixed Use) Zone in the MUD-3 and CMA Design Overlay Districts.  Generally located on the north side of Russell Road, 660 feet east of Fort Apache Road within Spring Valley.  Approved with staff recommendations 4-0

 

2.         UC-0284-09 – SANSONE SUNSET 215:

USE PERMIT to increase building height.

WAIVERS OF DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS for the following: 1) eliminate the West Village Streetscape Design Standards; 2) allow contiguous parking areas of more than 100 spaces; and 3) eliminate cross access.

WAIVER OF CONDITIONS of a zone change (ZC-1490-07) requiring pedestrian realm per Section 30.48. 

DESIGN REVIEW for an office complex and parking garage on 9.5 acres in a C-2 (General Commercial) Zone in the MUD-3 and CMA Design Overlay Districts.  Generally located on the east side of the 215 Beltway and the south side of Sobb Avenue within Spring Valley.  Approved with staff recommendations 4-0

3.         UC-0318-07 (ET-0106-09) – DING, HENGXIA:

USE PERMIT FIRST EXTENSION OF TIME to review massage as a primary use in conjunction with an approved retail/office center on a portion of 0.3 acres in a C-P (Office and Professional) Zone in the MUD-3 Overlay District.  Generally located on the west side of Belcastro Street, 250 feet south of Sahara Avenue within Spring Valley.  Approved with staff recommendations 4-0

 

4.         UC-0272-09 – MANCHEV, NINA:

USE PERMITS for the following: 1) reduced separation for on-premise consumption of alcohol; and 2) allow primary means of access to the outside dining to not be through the interior of the supper club in conjunction within an existing shopping center on 3.2 acres in a C-2 (General Commercial) Zone.  Generally located on the east side of Rainbow Boulevard, 600 feet south of Flamingo Road within Spring Valley.  Approved with staff recommendations 4-0

 

5.         VS-0266-09 – BUFFALO BADURA COMMERCIAL, LLC:

VACATE AND ABANDON easements of interest to Clark County located between Buffalo Drive and Miller Lane (alignment), and between Badura Avenue and Arby Avenue, and a portion of right-of-way being Arby Avenue located between Miller Lane (alignment) and Buffalo Drive in a C-2 (General Commercial) (AE-60) Zone in the MUD-3 and CMA Design Overlay Districts within Spring Valley (description on file).  Approved with staff recommendations 4-0
