1.         TA-0349-09 – BROWN, BROWN & PREMSRIRUT:

TEXT AMENDMENT to amend Chapter 30.16, 30.76 and 30.80 of the Unified Development Code to allow off-premise signs (billboards) to be rebuilt on the same parcel. Denied 5-0 with staff recommendations

 

2.         TA-0356-09 - HERITAGE SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION:

TEXT AMENDMENT to amend Table 30.44-1, Chapter 30.44 to allow watchman’s manufactured home within an approved R-V and/or boat storage yard within a residential subdivision. Approved 5-0 with staff recommendations.  I added subject to design review and Manufactured Home being on local property taxes

 

3.         UC-1051-07 (ET-0107-09) – sullivan square, llc:

USE PERMIT FIRST EXTENSION OF TIME to complete modified pedestrian realm requirements adjacent to a substantial grade differential along Durango Drive and the 215 Beltway in conjunction with an approved mixed-use development on 15.0 acres in a U-V (Urban Village - Mixed Use) Zone in the MUD-2 and CMA Design Overlay Districts.

DESIGN REVIEW for a modified pedestrian realm in conjunction with an approved mixed-use development.  Generally located on the east side of Durango Drive and the south side of Sunset Road within Spring Valley  Approved with staff recommendations.  Canvas to be removed and fence reinforced

 

4.         WS-0385-07 (ET-0131-09) – Laredo properties, llc:

WAIVERS OF DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FIRST EXTENSION OF TIME to commence the following: 1) allow balconies to over look a residential use; and 2) increased building height. DESIGN REVIEW for an office building within an existing office complex on 2.8 acres in a C-P (Office and Professional) Zone in the MUD-3 Overlay District  Generally located on the northwest corner of Laredo Street and Montessouri Street within Spring Valley. Approved 5-0 with staff recommendations

 

5.         ZC-0189-06 (ET-0108-09) – sullivan square, llc:

ZONE CHANGE FIRST EXTENSION OF TIME to reclassify 15.0 acres from R-E (Rural Estates Residential) Zone, C-2 (General Commercial) Zone, and M-D (Designed Manufacturing) Zone to U-V (Urban Village - Mixed Use) Zone.

USE PERMITS for the following: 1) increase building height; 2) increase density; and 3) reduce the setback from an arterial street.

DESIGN REVIEW for a mixed-use development consisting of residential, office, and retail uses in the MUD-2 and CMA Design Overlay Districts.  Generally located on the east side of Durango Drive and the south side of Sunset Road within Spring Valley (description on file). Approved with staff recommendations

6.         UC-0304-09 – Tee pee development, llc:

HOLDOVER USE PERMITS for the following: 1) reduce the required separation between a supper club and residential uses; and 2) reduce the required separation between outside dining/drinking and residential uses on a portion of 4.4 acres in a C-1 (Local Business) Zone in the MUD-4 Overlay District.  Generally located on the northwest corner of Tropicana Avenue and Tee Pee Lane within Spring Valley. 

             Approved 5-0 with staff recommendations denying outdoor dining area.
