1.         CP-0613-09:  That the Spring Valley Town Advisory Board conduct a public hearing to review the draft update to the Spring Valley Land Use Plan, take testimony and act on individual requests for change, and forward their recommendation to the Planning Commission.  The only issues affecting Rhodes Ranch, had to do with reclassifying several parcels into the Major Projects Developement

2.         DR-0687-05 (ET-0157-09) - CLARK COUNTY:

DESIGN REVIEW SECOND EXTENSION OF TIME to commence a sign package in conjunction with a retail and industrial development on 60.0 acres in a C-2 (General Commercial) (AE-60) Zone and an M-D (Designed Manufacturing) (AE-60) Zone in the MUD-3 and CMA Design Overlay Districts.  Generally located between Buffalo Drive and Tenaya Way, and between the 215 Beltway and Sunset Road within Spring Valley. Approved with staff conditions 4-0

 

3.         UC-0773-03 (ET-0151-09) - SCARPELLI, MICHAEL JR. AND D. FAMILY TRUST:
