1.         UC-0400-09TROPICAL FLAMINGO PLAZA, LLC:

USE PERMIT to reduce the separation from an on-premise consumption of alcohol establishment (supper club) to a residential use in conjunction with an existing shopping center on 1.8 acres in a C-2 (General Commercial) Zone.  Generally located on the west side of Buffalo Drive, 560 feet south of Flamingo Road within Spring Valley.

Approved 3-2 with staff recommendations.  Laible & Heath-Younce casting nay votes.

 

2.         UC-0419-09 – SPRING VALLEY SHOPPING CENTER, LV, NV:

USE PERMIT for a dog kennel within a shopping center on 1.5 acres in a C-2 (General Commercial) Zone.  Generally located 100 feet north of Spring Valley Parkway and 300 feet east of Rainbow Boulevard within Spring Valley 

Approved 3-2 with staff recommendations and cinderblock dividing walls in outside area, if approved.
