09/02/09 BCC

 

1.         DR-0446-09 – ARBY-RAINBOW PARTNERS, LLC:

DESIGN REVIEW to signs in conjunction with an approved restaurant on a portion of 2.1 acres in a C-2 (General Commercial) Zone in the MUD-3 and CMA Design Overlay Districts.  Generally located on the southwest corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Arby Avenue within Spring Valley.  Approved 4-0 with staff conditions

 

2.         UC-0459-07 (ET-0212-09) – I-215/JONES, LLC:

USE PERMIT FIRST EXTENSION OF TIME to commence the setback reduction for a canopy in conjunction with a convenience store.

DESIGN REVIEWS for the following: 1)  a convenience store with gasoline pumps and a car wash; and 2) an automobile maintenance facility on 1.8 acres in a C-2 (General Commercial) (AE-60) Zone in the CMA Design Overlay District.  Generally located on the east side of Jones Boulevard and the north side of Sunset Road within Spring Valley.  Applicant was a no show, motion to return this item to the TAB for a future meeting

 

3.         UC-1100-07 (ET-0210-09) – BOGHOS, GEORGE:

USE PERMIT FIRST EXTENSION OF TIME to commence increased building height.

DESIGN REVIEW for an office building on 2.5 acres in a C-2 (General Commercial) (AE-60) Zone in the CMA Design Overlay District.  Generally located on the east side of Santa Margarita Street (alignment) and the south side of Post Road (alignment) within Spring Valley.  Applicant was a no show, motion to return this item to the TAB for a future meeting

4.         UC-0445-09 - FORT APACHE C8, LLC:

USE PERMIT for personal services (hair salon) in conjunction with an office complex on 0.4 acres in a C-P (Office and Professional) Zone in the MUD-3 and CMA Design Overlay Districts.  Generally located 220 feet south of Diablo Drive and 470 feet east of Fort Apache Road within Spring Valley.   Approved 4-0 with staff conditions

 

5.         UC-0451-09 – FOSTER FAMILY TRUST 1988:

USE PERMITS for the following:  1) a communication tower; and 2) reduced separation from a residential development.

DESIGN REVIEW for a communication tower on a portion of 3.4 acres in an R-E (Rural Estates Residential) Zone.  Generally located on the northeast corner of Hualapai Way and Tompkins Avenue (alignment) within Spring Valley.  Approved 4-0 with staff conditions
