09/16/09 BCC

 

1.         ZC-1446-06 (ET-0217-09) – SW RANCH APTS, LLC:

ZONE CHANGE FIRST EXTENSION OF TIME to reclassify 13.4 acres from R-3 (Multiple Family Residential) Zone to R-5 (Apartment Residential) Zone.

USE PERMIT to increase building height in conjunction with a multi-family condominium project. Generally located on the south side of Post Road and the west side of Fort Apache Road within Spring Valley (description on file).  Approved 5-0 with staff conditions.

 

2.         VS-1372-04 (WC-0215-09) – RHODES RANCH, G.P.:

WAIVERS OF CONDITIONS of a vacation and abandonment requiring: 1) constructing paved legal access across the Blue Diamond Wash along the Seelinger Street alignment, the terminus of which is to be approximately 200 feet south of Ford Avenue; and 2) associated construction plans to include said paving and crossing on Seelinger Street to have a minimum clearance of 14 feet on approximately 57.0 acres in an R-2 (Medium Density Residential) P-C (Planned Community Overlay) Zone in Rhodes Ranch Master Planned Community.  Generally located on the south side of Wigwam Avenue (alignment) and the east side of Fort Apache Road in Spring Valley and Enterprise. Motion to hold item & return it to TAB after further review approved 4-1, Plotkin voting no.

3.         UC-1078-07 (ET-0222-09) – I G H HOLDINGS, LLC ET AL:

USE PERMIT FIRST EXTENSION OF TIME to commence the following: 1) a hospital; 2) a hotel with kitchens; and 3) increase height.

DESIGN REVIEWS for the following: 1) a hospital; and 2) a hotel in conjunction with a developing commercial center on 4.2 acres in a C-2 (General Commercial) Zone in the MUD-3 and CMA Design Overlay Districts.  Generally located on the north side of Post Road and the east side of Quarterhorse Lane within Spring Valley.  Approved 5-0 with staff conditions.

 

4.         WS-0828-07 (ET-0208-09) – SW RANCH APTS, LLC:

WAIVER OF DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FIRST EXTENSION OF TIME to commence waiving a detached sidewalk along Fort Apache Road on a portion of 13.4 acres in an R-5 (Apartment Residential) Zone.  Generally located on the west side of Fort Apache Road, 250 feet south of Post Road within Spring Valley.   Approved 5-0 with staff conditions.
