to 5850 DI for signs and heavy equipment on property. Audience member disagreed
saying no business there, just storage. Members also asked CCPRO attention to
NE corner of Spring Mtn & Riley for dumping in
desert.

questioned parking and traffic adequacy.

for a food cart/booth (shaved ice) not located within an enclosed building in
conjunction with a shopping center on 2.4 acres in a C-2 (General Commercial)
Zone. Generally
located on the east side of
Approved 4-0 with staff conditions. Members shared staff concern
for location too close to roadway and/or creating pedestrian safety issues.
Applicant was very cooperative and willing to be flexible. The business is
entirely self-contained and “off the grid” at the location. Applicant agreed to
negotiate with the landlord for a location close to the existing buildings as
requested by TAB and recommended by staff. 1 year review with
applicant agreement.
5. DR-0132-12 – NIGRO HQ, LLC,
ET AL:
DESIGN REVIEW for a comprehensive sign plan that includes wall signs and
freestanding signs in conjunction with an office and retail complex on 14.5
acres in a C-2 (General Commercial) Zone in the MUD-3 and
