There were several neighbors who
appeared and indicated issues with the proposal damaging the privacy of
nearby/adjoining yards. There seems to be poor relations between the applicant
and the neighbors. TAB expressed concern this was an excuse to allow large
equipment storage. Applicant claimed it was for RV parking, but has no RV and
said he has no plans to acquire one. He also stated the gate was needed to
enhance his grandchildren’s walk to school, although the front entrance to the
property is a more direct path to the school.
