NOTE**
There was much discussion of this proposal that included Nancy Amundsen
representing the Planning Department. There was much concern about protecting
the park proposal and how that conflicted with the rights of the property
owners. Discussion revealed that three parties, the TAB, applicant and adjacent
congregate care agreed this was NOT a good location for houses and alternate
options should be explored to protect the park and the interests of the other
parties. Applicant subsequently withdrew this application.
