The following items were heard at the Enterprise TAB on February 13, 2008.   The TAB recommendations are below.  The 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 19, 2008 PC decisions/recommendations, and 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M., WEDNESDAY, February 20, 2008 BCC decisions will be posted when available.  Within a week or two you will be able to read the PC and BCC Notice of Final Action on the Clark County web site Agenda  page.  Any person who objects to the PC decisions/recommendations may appeal to the BCC within five business days of the date of the hearing.  Appeal form at:

A proposed amendment to the Clark County Transportation Element to add a frontage road as a 60 foot right of way collector on the east side of Interstate 15 from LeBaron Avenue to existing Sinatra Drive near Russell Road.

            1.    In April 2003, the Clark County Board of County Commissioners directed the Department of Comprehensive Planning to update the County's eleven Land Use Plans once every five years. The Enterprise Land Use Plan was selected by the Board as being one of the plans to be updated during the 2003-2004 calendar years and was adopted on December 8, 2004. As part of the update process, if there is a need, one amendment per year may be made after the date of adoption.

 

            2.    At this time it has been determined that there may be a need for an amendment to the Enterprise Land Use Plan. The County has received 9 requests to be considered as follows:
