October 15, 2017
WAIVER OF DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS to appeal the
administrative denial of an off-site improvement bond extension of time in
conjunction with a plant nursery on 2.2 acres in an M-1 (Light Manufacturing)
Zone. Generally located
on the north side of Gomer Road, 280 feet west of Redwood Street
within Enterprise (description on file).
SB/jt/ml (For possible action) 11/05/14
Development
on Gomer west of Redwood Street to Rainbow Ave does not currently require paved
access. If this Gomer segment was built it would not connect to any other paved
surface. The area should be allowed to
develop further before requiring Gomer to be paved.
This
area has been suggested for a rail business park. If that idea becomes a reality, it will
significantly change the access requirement in the area.
The
TAB recommendation is the bond be extended for three years.
